Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hallmark website, explorer, read-RPC API, and node software. By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the service you agree to these Terms. This is a preliminary version and will be expanded as the network matures.

Use of the Service

You may use the network to send read queries and, as an operator, to serve them. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt the network, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and API credentials.

Operator Responsibilities

Operators run node software at their own risk and are responsible for their hardware, connectivity, and compliance with local laws. Rewards are calculated based on served reads and live token pricing, and may change as the protocol evolves.

Payments and Tokens

API usage may be billed in credits or supported tokens. $HALLMARK is a utility / access token — token values are volatile and nothing on this site constitutes financial advice. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the network.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific performance, or particular reward amounts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hallmark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
