This Privacy Policy describes how Hallmark ("Hallmark", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, explorer, read-RPC API, and node software. This is a preliminary policy and will be expanded as the network matures.
Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the read layer: wallet addresses you connect, API key usage and rate-limit records, node telemetry from operators, and basic analytics about how the site is used. We do not collect the contents of your read queries beyond what is required to route, serve, meter, and sign a receipt for them.
How We Use Information
Information is used to provide and improve the service: routing reads to nodes, enforcing rate limits and hold-gating, calculating operator rewards, securing accounts, and communicating important updates. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
Usage and rate-limit records are retained as long as needed to operate the network and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of account data where applicable by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party infrastructure such as the Solana network, upstream RPC providers, wallet providers, and analytics tools. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.
